SYNCRIS Proposes Technology to Electric Power Research Institute for Reducing Strain on Grid Assets

SYNCRIS just submitted an exciting proposal to the Electric Power Research Institute to demonstrate how our inverter technology enables an easily scalable microgrid solution that can provide inertia support and reduce strain on existing grid assets.

Additionally, we can demonstrate: mitigation of power quality issues; black start (operating without outside control, absence of mechanical inertia); and modularity (hot-swap modules, scale power levels, various phases and voltages).

Utilities can support the project through EPRI.
